Welcome back Ryan!
This month we are delighted to be welcoming back Ryan to the Ambiente family in the position of General Manager.
Born in Macau, Ryan majored in event management at the Institute of Tourism Studies and then had an exciting three year experience with the City of Dreams and Studio City, taking part in event productions and handling some of their overseas entertainers and celebrities.
In 2016 Ryan joined Ambiente Properties initially as Client Relationship Executive, soon moving to the role of Associate Director to concentrate full time on leasing and sales. He found that his organizational and people skills from event planning were a perfect fit for the real estate industry. Over the next 6 years he gained an admiring following among many of our clients whose property needs he supported. After a brief spell pursuing personal goals and trying his hand in the online games field, this year Ryan felt it was time to return to Ambiente. His focus as General Manager will be on ensuring that the company’s daily operations run smoothly along with breathing fresh air into our marketing and sales initiatives. Watch this space!
New Strategic Role for Alex
Ambiente’s longest serving member of the team, Alex, has transitioned to the role of Executive Director. Over the past 12 years Alex has been instrumental in building Ambiente from sole proprietor to the team and operation that we are today. In addition to consulting for predominantly corporate clients’ leasing, sales and investment portfolios, he will play a key role in shaping the future of Ambiente by setting the company’s direction and formulating strategies that will help achieve our long-term goals.
