Alex has 20 years of experience in property valuation, acquisition, sales, leasing and market feasibility in Hong Kong and Macau.

Prior to joining Ambiente he worked for the Lands Department of HKSAR Government. Other previous positions include Surveyor for the Property Development Department at Soundwill Holding in HK, Manager of the Macau office for RHL Appraisal Limited and Business Development Manager for a property investment company in Macau.
 
Alex is a licensed estate agent of both Hong Kong and Macau. He is a member of the Macau Property Evaluation Association. He holds a BSc. in Real Estate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Alex was born and educated in Hong Kong and has been living and working in Macau since 2007. He has a passion for fast cars …. but these days his major hobby is his two energetic young sons and baby daughter.
