I wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a great job your team did in finding the right apartment for us.  You listened to our requests and really knew what we were looking for.  Alex was so helpful in getting us information about mortgage terms, repayments, rent yields etc.  We appreciate your honesty and candor also.  You were not just trying to make a sale but trying to find exactly the right property for your client.  It really has been a pleasure to work with you.  Usually this process is daunting and stressful but you made it enjoyable.
