Project Brief
- Replace larger back windows of apartment to let in more light.
- Improve layout and design new kitchen.
- Replace all windows at front with double-glazing.
- Renovate 5 bathrooms.
- Upgrade water and electric services.
- Provide new front door and entrance hall space.
- Owner’s existing chinese furnishings to be retained and incorporated into the final design.
Final Look
- New open-plan kitchen and bar with adjacent wash up and laundry area. All marble counters.
- Several walls removed in kitchen area to open up into dining space.
- All walls replastered, repainted.
- 5 brand new modern bathrooms with italian tiles and faucets, rain showers.
- Furnished with some of the client’s existing furniture, some new. All new curtains – white indian silk, lined with white-out.
- Original teak parquet floor retained, sanded down & given an attractive matt finish.
