The Nova buildings in down-town Taipa include Nova Taipa Garden, Nova City, and the newest, Nova Park. They are built around Taipa Central Park which offers a much welcome green space, a sense of serenity and space for relaxation in this otherwise congested residential area.
Under the Park there is a large underground carpark with over 2,000 bays so parking, usually a challenge in Taipa, is readily available and at a government controlled hourly rate that is less pricy than rents for private parking.
The Park itself consists of exercise area, gardens to sit out in, children’s play facilities, an open air swimming pool and a dog park.
The location of the Novas is extremely convenient being within a couple of minutes’ walk (in some cases just across the road) of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, banks, the post office, spa and massage and pet shop. The area is well connected with public transport, taxis and buses, which run between the Cotai strip and into central Macau.
In the cooler weather its a pleasant 20 minute walk through the Old Taipa Village to the Cotai strip.
Nova City, a total of 13 towers (odd tower numbers face the park, even number towers face buildings at the back) is a complex of 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from 795 to 1,941 sq ft. The complex has a central clubhouse with outdoor feature pool, coffee shop, beauty spa, and spacious outdoor BBQ and play area.
24-hour security is common to all the towers.
The strong presence of the open green Central Park, the variety of apartment choices provided by the three Nova buildings and all the shopping and dining conveniences that abound in the area, provide an ideal lifestyle for those who prefer city-dwelling.
