A 3/F walk up, 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of central Macau. Tenanted for over 30 years by an extreme hoarder. Condemned as a health risk by the authorities. Overseas owner contacted Ambiente to clear and sell the property.
Royal Arc
A three bedroom apartment rented for a number of years to uncaring tenants who trashed the place. Overseas owners needed Ambiente to breathe some new life into the apartment so as to get it back on to the rental market again.
