Ambiente’s pre-move, ‘FirstLook’ programme is designed to provide answers to the questions and concerns of those evaluating a transfer to Macau, whether they are current or prospective employees.
FirstLook programmes are conducted in person, in Macau. These can be either for individuals or small groups of up to 6. From a minimum of 2 hours, to half day, full day and two day programmes – timing is arranged depending on needs.
Our programmes begin with a ‘needs analysis’ which is normally conducted prior to the transferees’ arrival in Macau. Once on site, the FirstLook begins with a city briefing overview. It is then tailored to the specific interest areas identified as the highest priorities for that individual or group.
