- Concrete and epoxy flooring, stark white walls with red feature wall to contrast, open ceiling giving a loft feel.
- New double-glazed windows running the full width of the office, with window seat.
- New airconditioning system and ceiling fans.
- Fully equipped kitchenette with concrete counter-top and oversized concrete sink.
- Bright new lobby using spanish outdoor tiles, concrete feature wall, hidden storage, open ceiling, lift doors spray-painted red, fire exits renovated with new doors, concrete walls, new tiling.
- New bathrooms with shower facilities, stainless steet fixtures, full wall mirrors, improved exhaust system, and an aqua-white colour scheme complemented with bamboo plants.
