- Staircase ironwork painted black.
- TV entertainment centre recessed behind sliding door of local artist brian tilbrook art pieces.
- Kitchen counter recovered with quality granite, mirrored spash-back to lighten and enlarge, recovering of some cabinetry.
- Door handles and hinges replaced with modern design ironware.
