This year Team Ambiente Properties celebrated the arrival of the new year a few days ahead of the holidays. 
In retrospect, a fortunate decision given the closure soon after of most food and beverage outlets due to coronavirus concerns.
Alex took charge of the table decorations, ably assisted by Coffee and Esther. The were wonderful.
Lunch was delicious, from the traditional suckling pig, to the wide array of dim sum.
As always it was a jolly occasion. Pricila and Cora happened to come in almost identical outfits which we had to tease them about.. And we had several guests join us including Suzanne’s mother visiting from UK, seen here receiving her lai see packets!
