Another successful Open House was hosted by Ambiente as part of our marketing plan for the sale of a client’s apartment. Here we are getting ‘revved up’!
On the market for a number of years with several other agents, its a lovely apartment but in an older property and an area of Macau that is more challenging to find buyers.
The sellers were anxious to sell so they could retire back in Europe.
It turned out to be one of our most difficult Open Houses to date …. but results are what matter and the apartment was sold the next day!
