Team Ambiente, in collaboration with their partners Macau Taipa Apartments, conducted a first of a series of free seminars for young locals in Macau seeking information on buying their first property.
Held in the elegant ballroom of Sofitel Macau, and supported by a team of ICBC Macau’s senior management, the response to this community outreach was extremely positive, with over 70 delegates in attendance.
In the spirit of taking the initiative during this time of COVID-19 uncertainty, the team felt good about doing something positive through the sharing of information and ideas on Macau’s real estate market.
The presentations on the process of buying, mortgage and tax implications were followed by a workshop using real life case studies.
Feedback from delegates was so encouraging that we are planning on hosting further seminars. Also included will be how to go about buying on Hengqin Island.
