The team that eats together, stays together!

With the weather getting a little cooler – but mostly because we were all longing for a big cookout feast – Ambiente held a team hot pot dinner this month.  

Two hot pots were ordered – one with a light flavoursome broth, the other zinging with spice and Shanghainese peppers.        

Then plate after plate of delicious food was served – prawns in several ways, abalone, blue shell crab, lamb, beef, chicken, pork, beancurd skin and heaps of veggies.  

Interestingly the boys stayed with soft drinks, whilst the girls got stuck in to the beer!   

A great time was had by all and there were a lot of full tummies by the end of the evening.
