On 11 April 2022 over 40 AIA insurance executives attended a presentation by Ambiente Properties’ associate director Ryan Choi and business development manager Terence Lo.
Ambiente was asked to talk about the current state of Macau’s real estate market and how the fallout of Covid these past two years has followed the fortunes of the gaming industry and impacted opportunities for buyers and sellers alike.
Terence covered the procedures of property purchasing and government policies.
Ryan highlighted locations around Macau that are well established. These could be suitable target areas for AIA to offer insurance plans to owners who may be open to leveraging their properties and gain attractive returns.
