Moving house is my idea of a nightmare, however I am writing to thank you all for your excellent assistance and five star service last month in helping my family and me relocate within Macau.

To be frank I underestimated the large number of detailed arrangements required for a successful flat move in macau.

One needs to secure the new flat in the right location and size at the right price, source a conveniently located car park (which usually does not come with the flat), find constant help with translation; and deal with wavering owners, agents, estate management staff, removal companies, sundry local workers, doormen, locksmiths, repair men, cleaners, van drivers, furniture delivery men, and utility companies etc. The list seemed endless.

Throughout the whole stressful process, the Ambiente staff Ryan and Cherry were unfailingly helpful, patient, proficient, and professional, despite numerous after-hours calls and messages.

Their service was personal and first class and Ryan as our lead agent always came through for us. These guys certainly earned their fee!

I must mention that finding a removal company is tricky in macau as local removal companies seem to be either very expensive and professional or else cheap and uninspiring. There doesn’t seem to be any semi-professional company offering service in the mid price range. Nevertheless Ryan wisely steered us toward a cheap local company which provided a basic service thus saving us 20,000 MOP (2,500 USD). Despite our misgivings and the need to do some of the packing ourselves, not a thing was damaged and our home contents plus a personal library of 2000 books were successfully relocated cheaply and cheerfully. We are very grateful.
